Screened bookings
We rely on the identity-verification systems of the platforms (Airbnb, Booking) and stay alert to unusual profiles and requests.
Platform protections
Depending on the platform : AirCover for Airbnb bookings, Booking's security deposit system. We file and follow up every damage claim on your behalf.
Regular inspections
Property condition checked at every turnover, with immediate reporting of any issue and supporting photos.
Flexible commitment
A one-year contract, renewed annually — no multi-year lock-in. We aim to keep you through the quality of our service, not through a clause.
Your property insurance
Heiwa is not an insurance company. As with any rental, your property remains covered by your own insurance (fire, water damage, theft, broken glass) — simply inform your insurer that the property is used for short-term rental. In the event of damage caused by a guest, coverage depends on the platform : AirCover for Airbnb, security deposit up to 300 CHF on Booking, and for other channels the guest's insurance or your own. In every case, we handle the claim and follow-up.
