These three elements are cumulative. The commission applies to net income (after platform fees, housekeeping and tourist taxes); VAT (8.1%) is added. The exact commission depends on the type and location of the property.

Operating costs
Beyond the three elements above, two items depend on the actual use of your property.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping fees depend on your property (size, number of beds and bathrooms, local service provider). They are included in the price paid by the guest and therefore do not reduce your income. A 50% surcharge applies on Sundays and public holidays. VAT 8.1% extra.
Maintenance
For small routine interventions, we act without bothering you up to 500 CHF/year. Beyond that, we submit a quote for your approval. For work coordinated with external service providers, a coordination commission applies (from 10% on small jobs).
